Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Nigeria) We currently ship to all states within Nigeria. Delivery times and rates are as follows:
- Abuja (FCT): 1–2 business days
- Lagos & other major cities: 2–4 business days
- Other states: 3–7 business days
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days. International shipping rates and customs fees (if any) are calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Damaged or Lost Orders Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit. We will resolve the issue promptly.
