Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached.

- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Damaged or Wrong Items
Please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
